As such the residents here take pride in keeping it tidy, safe, quiet and well maintained. Kindly keep in mind the condos in this building are residential (most are owner occupied) and we like to ensure we keep on good terms with our neighbors. Please treat our condo as you would treat your home. · We thank you for keeping noise to a minimum in hallways. · Please be vigilant with regards to security. For your own peace of mind ensure doors are securely closed behind. · Rubbish may be disposed of in the bins in the parkade. Cardboard or newspapers should not be put in the garbage cans. Please recycle these in the bin by the visitor parking. · Smoking is permitted outdoors only. · Best access in and out for our unit is the back door, 10 feet away from the entrance to our suite. It takes you to the backcourt, and onto Blanshard. Saves you walking around to the front.

Security Like anywhere prevention and awareness are keys to a safe environment. The Landmark is situated in a visible safe environment, however it always pays to be on the cautious side. For peace of mind, common sense security measures include the following: · Ensure doors are closed and locked after you enter. · Keep patio doors locked at night or when the condo is vacant. Ensure the main entry to this condo unit is locked as well. It’s best to keep windows closed and locked when leaving the condo unoccupied. · While using the underground parking ensure the overhead gate closes behind you. Watch for unauthorized entries. It has happened. · Please take the remote for the overhead door with you to your suite, rather than leave it in your vehicle.
